PoleFit 101, 102 & 103
Starting from the ground up - by moving with your new "dance partner," the pole, you will learn beginner pole technique in PoleFit 101.
In PoleFit 102 you will also learn intermediate moves, which tighten and tone your body.
In PoleFit 103, you will work on moves that will enhance your pole strength and choreography. Build strength and coordination, and learn new pole tricks, with all moves making an advanced routine.
In class you will need to wear shorts or thin leggings to keep everything loose.
